We had a slight issue with our room key not working, but the staff quickly resolved the problem and moved us to a new room. Despite a small bug issue in the toilet, the room itself was huge and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which made our journey much easier. The restaurant at the hotel, led by Chef Javier, served delicious food and the service was great. The grounds were well-maintained and the pool was a nice addition. The staff, especially Mónica and Carmen, were friendly and helpful during our stay.

We had an amazing and luxurious stay here. the exclusive amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and the garden area were fabulous. the sun loungers and beach umbrellas were perfect for relaxing and taking in the view. the room was exquisite and had exclusive facilities.
